Please fill in model number or product name that you have chosen, such as RW101WH or Go!con Alpha.
If you want to chose multiple products, please use comma between products.
- Step2. Contact
- We will contact you to clarify exactly what you need by email shortly, such as delivery time.
Send us your logo and Corporate Artwork.
We will send you a quotation and a layout.
Feel free to ask us any questions you may have.
- Step3. Production
- After you’ve approved your artwork, we will send you our Proforma Invoice.
Once we receive your payment, we proceed with your orders.
- Step4. Delivery
- We will arrange delivery of your products to you.
Once your product has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number.

FAQ for Corporate Gifts
- When will I get my order?
- After your payment is approved,In-stok orders normally ship withn-10-14 business days.
The number of days for delivery depends on the printing method,the quantity of items and the shipping method.
If you need an item faster.please contact us. We would be happy to help.
- What file formats do you accept?
- Vector Artwork: For one or two color imprints, we must have vector art files with spot colors.
We accept Adobe Illustrator EPS or AI files in PC or MAC platform.
Please be sure convert all fonts to outlines or paths.
Please specify a Pantone Matching System(PMS) number for reference.Raster Artwork: For a photo or 4-color process imprint, We accept Adobe Photoshop files in EPS, JPEG, TIFF, or GIF format in a 300 resolution at the actual size.
We will not be responsible the quality of printing for low resolution artwork.
- How is the imprint area determined?
- The size of an imprint area is primarily determined by the size and shape of the item.
We will show you the available imprint area for each item.
- Can you ship internationally?
- Yes! EMS is our standard shipping method.
NOTE:Please be aware that delivery quality via EMS can be poor in some countries.
If you prefer to use a different carrier such as FEDEX, USP, DHL, etc., please provide your personal account number that you have registered with the respective carrier.
- What type of payments do you accept?
- We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal, and Visa, MasterCard, credit cards.
